Re:Acknowledgement of Supply Chain Security
We would liketo thank you for having provided us with information about your supply chainsecurity certification status.
For companiesin the INTER IKEA Group it is of utmost importance to ensure the integrity ofits supply chain operations.
By signingthis letter you acknowledge and agree that as a Seller("Suppller") whois involved in international flows under a Purchase Agreement with IKEA SupplyAG ("IKEA"), you undertake to participate in an approved governmentsponsored Supply Chain Security program, e.g.Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), ISO28000 program(hereinafter, ApprovedGovernment Program)by latest 31stAugust 2020.
You as a Suppller shall be obliged to maintain an Approved Government Programcertification throughout the validity perlod of the Purchase Agreement. In theevent that a Supplier loses its Supplier Approved Government Program securitycertification, this will constitute a material breach of the PurchaseAgreement, and IKEA may at its sole discretion and without any compensation to the Supplier, immediately terminate any Purchase.
Agreementincluding any appendices thereto with the respective Supplier.

對于宜家集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的來說，確保其供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作的完整性至關(guān)重要。
通過簽署這封信，您承認(rèn)并同意作為賣方（“Suppller”）參與國際流動，與IKEA（宜家）簽訂購買協(xié)議，您承諾參與經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的政府資助的供應(yīng)鏈安全計劃AEO認(rèn)證、ISO28000計劃（以下簡稱“政府批準(zhǔn)方案”）于2020年8月31日前生效。
作為供應(yīng)商，您必須在購買協(xié)議的有效期內(nèi)保持批準(zhǔn)的政府程序認(rèn)證。如果供應(yīng)商失去供應(yīng)商批準(zhǔn)的政府程序安全認(rèn)證，這將構(gòu)成對購買協(xié)議的實(shí)質(zhì)性違反，宜家可自行決定，不向Supplier任何補(bǔ)償，立即終止任何采購！
協(xié)議包括與各自供應(yīng)商的任何附錄。
